About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes we find ourselves struggling with issues that are too difficult or confusing to talk about with people we know. At these times, talking confidentially to someone and feeling heard can be the first step towards changes we cannot make alone.

I offer a safe and supportive space, working alongside you to explore your concerns and feelings at your pace. I believe that being seen and accepted within a genuine, therapeutic relationship can be transformative, enabling a deeper understanding and self-acceptance to move forward.

My first session

I understand how daunting it can feel to see a counsellor for the first time. I also know that working with someone you can trust and form a connection with is vital, so it’s important that you work with the right person. That’s why I charge a reduced rate of £30 for our first session together, as it is a chance for us to see how we can work together and for you to ask any questions.

If you would like to find out about working with me, please get in touch. Initially, I will send you some more information about me, how I work, and what to expect in our counselling sessions. As well as a few questions to help me understand your hopes for counselling.
