My hours can be flexible depending on whether you’re seeking Face to face sessions or video calls.
If you’re seeking face to face sessions I do these during the week in the morning into the afternoon and video calls can take place throughout the day leading into the evening which helps people who would like to do sessions after work.
About me and my therapy practice
Deciding that you'd like to start counselling and making that first contact with a counsellor is always a daunting step so thank you for looking at my page and researching about who could be best for you.
My name's Kirsty and I graduated from the University of Salford with a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. This training was based on Person- Centred Counselling but I have had training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis Therapy so I use all of these techniques in our therapy sessions too.
I have clients that I have met over the years that have come from a variety of backgrounds. I also do couples counselling which I also really enjoy. Our sessions can be short term or long term, whichever feels best for you and us in our sessions.
I try to be as flexible as I can to suit your schedule by offering sessions that are face to face, via video or phone call.
I work with a range of issues which include anxiety, depression, Trauma, Low Self- Esteem, and Relationships.
