I offer a caring and confidential, professional space online and in North and West London (Maida Vale/St. John's Wood and Chiswick) Here you can bring any difficulties and issues you are facing. We work together to find out what’s in the way of your peace of mind and how best to approach and improve it.

My training and experience allow me to support you in this process without any judgement.
And I put building a trusting and safe relationship before any theory or therapeutic model we use.

• Dealing with anxiety and stress, overthinking and over-worrying, depression or isolation.
• Struggling to adjust to the “new normal” post pandemic and navigating through lifestyle imbalances – like overworking, spending too much time on social media, struggling with your sleeping or eating habits, drinking more than usual.
• Having difficulties with a specific relationship or the overall quality of relationships.
Perhaps you want to deal with some difficult thoughts or feelings and you don’t feel comfortable or able to speak to the people around you. Or you would like to get more clarity in a certain area of your life.
Whatever is affecting your quality of life, whether it is an obstacle in fulfilling your potential or something blocking you from feeling ok and experiencing joy and participating fully in life.

Practice description
I offer in person and online sessions and walk and talk therapy in North and West London.
My physical practice is based in Maida Vale/St. John's Wood and Chiswick.
My first session
I find it can be helpful to have an open and non-committal phone chat about what you are looking for, what you are expecting from therapy and what I can offer.
This call is complimentary.
If we agree we are a match and want to work together, we decide on a time that is convenient for both of us each week.
At the moment the place of our first session will be Zoom/ or the in person practice location of your choice. If choosing walk and talk therapy, it can start after an initial Zoom/in person session.
