About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome! Life is often hard and unpredictable and can challenge us in many ways. Sometimes we reach a point where we experience difficulty in making sense of our lives. You may be feeling anxious, lack confidence, be suffering loss or experiencing other significant changes in your life. When your feelings are difficult to understand and manage, being able to talk freely and openly about what is happening for you can help you to develop new insights, growth and healing in your life.
I understand how daunting it can feel to take the initial steps towards therapy. A a BSc qualified, BACP-registered therapist, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and welcoming environment where we can explore the issues or challenges you are experiencing. I strive to work relationally as I believe it is through the development of this trusting therapeutic relationship where you can feel able to look at yourself and seek an understanding of your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
As a Humanistic therapist I draw from many therapeutic modalities and this allows me to work flexibly to adapt our work to fit your individual needs.
I will be alongside you, supporting you as you explore your own issues at your own pace. We will work together as you come to find your own answers to connect more fully with your sense of who you are and feel empowered to make your own choices and decisions and begin to shape a new future...all you need to do is take the first step!

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly at the same time. I practice in central London and also offer sessions online.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute introductory conversation to help you decide if you would like to start counselling sessions.
