About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered Psychotherapist & a registered Nutritional Therapist.
I have a wealth of experience, both here and abroad, supporting individuals and couples experiencing:

I believe, unravelling & acknowledging root cause is an essential part of healing & growth. Psychotherapy offers a safe nonjudgmental space to do this allowing deeper understanding in order to achieve closure.
I would like to support you in gaining a deeper insight into the drivers of your distress, overcome emotional imbalance & find better ways to cope or bring about change so that you can achieve an optimum state of health.
After nearly 20 years in the field, I passionately believe in the bidirectional relationship between the mind & body & how mental health can manifest in physiological symptoms & compromise physical health.
Psychotherapy is collaborative & uses a blend of elements from different approaches meaning I am able to tailor a plan according to your unique needs. Scientifically validated procedures are applied & I will equip you with tools to develop healthier, more effective habits so that you can embrace the best version of yourself & move forwards.
Practice description
I want to walk by your side at your pace & offer you the space to explore & resolve issues & drivers from your story allowing you to navigate future obstacles to achieve meaningful & sustainable change.
I currently only offer on-line sessions as these have proven to be very effective as they allow clients to explore extremely difficult emotions in their safe space. I have found a strong & trusting working relationships can still very much be achieved.
I also offer an off the shelf, self lead online 4 week Stress Reset programme offering a holistic approach to stress reduction and achieving a general sense of wellbeing and health. This includes Psychotherapy, Nutrition, Yoga, meditation and much much more. Please visit my website for details.
My first session
Sessions last 50 minutes.
During the first session we will explore what brought you to therapy & gather some background information. Together we will then make a plan about how to move forwards and how to best support your unique needs.
Payment is made at the time of booking via Visa or Mastcard.
