About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Alex and I am a fully qualified, BACP-registered, counsellor with a proven track record of helping people work through all kinds of problems. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, weighed down, anxious, depressed, lost, or simply struggling to navigate a difficult situation, I’m here to support you.
We live in a world that often teaches us to suppress our feelings, to carry on as if everything’s fine. But if in an attempt to appear strong and stable to others, we disconnect from our true selves, we're hindering our only way out of our misery. The way out is actually inwards.
In our sessions, you'll find a safe, supportive, confidential, and most importantly, non-judgemental space where you'll learn to look inwards. We'll endeavour to identify and unpack the heaviest of the emotions you're carrying. We’ll work together to understand these emotions, the situation, and how to best deal with it.
If you’re ready to take that first step towards becoming a better and happier human being, please get in touch. Together, we can begin your journey to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My first session
The first session will serve as a chance to introduce ourselves to one another. I will also explain how I work, as well as what you can expect from the sessions and what will be expected from you.
Contact me and I will get back to you within 1-6 hours.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Alex,
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor with a proven track record of helping people through all kinds of challenges. If you’re feeling anxious, lost, overwhelmed, or just stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about creating a safe space where you can slow down, think, feel and work things through at your own pace. No pressure, no judgment—just real conversations that will help you gain clarity and move forward in a way that actually feels right to you.
I believe that deep down, we all have a compass—an inner knowing that can guide us. But in today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose connection with it. In our sessions, we’ll create room for self-understanding and perspective shifts that feel genuine, practical, and true to you.
Starting therapy can feel daunting—but if you’re here, you’re already taking the first step. Do it for yourself. And for the people around you who deserve to see the real you.
Let’s figure this out—together.
P.S. If you need more info about counselling or how I work, make sure to have a look at my website.
