About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with day-to-day activities or in your relationships? Have you found yourself falling into patterns of behaviour that can be unhelpful? If so, counselling could help you.
I am a qualified adoption support counsellor, having completed further training and so am able to support adults wanting to explore the impact of adoption and fostering whether as an adoptee, an adopter, a birth family member or experience of fostering or SGO and kinship care.
Practice description
I offer a warm place where you can work through difficult feelings and start to make sense of things in a non-judgmental environment. I will support you through our work together.
My first session
At your first session, we will discuss what is troubling you and what brings you to counselling. This will be done at a pace that you are comfortable with. I understand that coming to counselling can be daunting. This first session will be an opportunity for you to decide if you feel comfortable working with me.
