About me and my therapy practice
I follow a Humanistic approach to counselling which enables you to explore yourself, in the right environment, with respect and regard throughout.
I aim to provide you with a safe, confidential space where you can feel comfortable to start your journey of therapy.
I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and work within this to ensure you are kept safe throughout our work together.
I undertake regular Supervision with a BACP registered Supervisor to ensure my practice is considered and ethical at all times.
I continue to work remotely for a Hospice in Hampshire.
Practice description
Are you struggling with something?
You may have lost your way a bit, lost your purpose or lost what used to drive you. Maybe you have experienced trauma, abuse or loss. Perhaps struggling with a relationship issue, a bereavement or questions around gender or sexuality.
There could be life stresses, anxieties or worries. Past family issues or current life situations that you just can't figure out for yourself.
Sometimes we struggle to know what it is but we do know it doesn't feel right. These feelings can consume and overwhelm us and stop us from moving forward.
Whatever you are feeling, having a safe and confidential space to explore, within a non-judgemental relationship, can be the start to living better and looking at the future in a different way.
My first session
At your first session, we can look more at how therapy can help and how the process works.
Please do ask any questions you may have about the sessions or process - it is good for you to know all the details so you feel comfortable and get the best out of your therapy.
