About me and my therapy practice
About me:

Before that I was a Buddhist Monk and I apply mindfulness in my therapy practice.
I work in person in Islington, as well as online. I also work at a lower fee in South West London (contact me to discuss alternative options).
If you’d like to find out more, we can have a free initial conversation. You’ll find my fees listed on my website, but if you’re worried about the cost of therapy, please still get in touch as I offer a limited number of lower cost therapy sessions as well. If I think I can help you, I would like to try to make it work.
About Psychotherapy:
There are times in our lives when we realise something needs to change and we need support. Therapy is about change, about getting unstuck. It’s about self-discovery and growth. It’s a serious undertaking that can make a life changing difference.
Your commitment to understanding your experience will be the foundation of our work together. I will bring my full attention, curiosity, patience, experience, and courage. The trust we build in our relationship will enable me to support you, and it will enable you to make the best use of our time together.
Some sessions might be difficult, some inspiring, and some surprising, but we will always try to remain courageous and honest. Whether it's a close relationship, a work issue, a sense of meaninglessness, anxiety, depression or concerns about your mental health, the truth of your life will always be welcomed in our sessions.
Reach out if you’d like to find out more. I hope to hear from you.
