About me and my therapy practice

About me

I am a qualified counsellor and CBT Practitioner. I specialise  in the person centred approach, I also incorporate techniques and styles from other approaches dependent on a person's needs.

I provide a professional and confidential service. Counselling is available to those requiring extra support because of any difficulties and traumas that they may be experiencing in their daily lives. The service is provided in a caring and sensitive manner, empowering you to make changes for the better, leading to a more fulfilling life. Encouraging you to explore and understand yourself, your thoughts, feelings and emotions, providing you with the space and support to help you identify areas you’re finding difficulty with.

I have a background working in mental health services and experience working as a recovery practitioner with carers and families of loved ones with serious mental illness. Experienced in counselling for a charity that encourages and enables women to take control of their lives, move forward, and overcome adversity.
