About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Jennifer Raindle.
I am a qualified counsellor, wellbeing, and mindfulness coach. Providing counselling to adults, children, and young people.
My specialist qualification is in Children and Young people.(NCS Advanced practitioner ).
I am an experienced school counsellor, working within a secondary School.
I am a trauma informed practitioner.
As an integrative therapist, I use a range of techniques tailored to the needs of each individual. I consider your specific issues. Collaboratively we can work together to help you understand yourself better and explore whatever has led you to counselling.
Providing a confidential, supportive, and safe space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, this will help you to gain a better understanding of yourself and others.
I understand seeking professional help can be nerve wracking experience, especially if you haven’t had counselling before. You may be unsure of what to expect. With that in mind. I will always work at your pace and provide regular reviews so that we can make sure we are keeping on the right track.
I am available at both Ingatestone CM4 and Maldon CM9
The counselling room in Ingatestone is in the Village. It is private and discrete. Parking is available directly outside.
