Empowering Young Men to Thrive: A Tailored Approach to Therapy & Mentorship
I specialise in supporting young men aged 16-24 who are navigating challenges such as addiction recovery, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the often-difficult transition into adulthood. Whether you’re a parent looking for the right professional to guide your son, or a young man seeking to overcome obstacles and take charge of your future, my approach is designed to meet you where you are in this process.
As someone with both professional expertise and lived personal experience, my work blends therapy and mentorship, focusing providing tools for true confidence and resilience, and creating actionable steps to achieve lasting progress.
From a client - “the things that used to bother me no longer do and I am more effective than ever in my studies and life. I am the happiest I have been and feel that this is fundamentally down to the sessions I have had with Thomas.”
Each plan is tailored to the individual. Whether the goal is to overcome social anxieties, break unhealthy habits, gain confidence, or prepare for academic and career success, I offer personalised strategies to help young men grow. Beyond traditional therapy, my mentorship emphasises accountability, independence, and self-motivation—qualities essential for thriving in today’s world.
For young men, I create a safe, confidential space to explore challenges, set meaningful goals, and take steps towards the life you want. For parents, I provide reassurance and collaboration, often serving as a bridge between you and your child to rebuild communication, trust, and mutual understanding.
With nearly a decade of experience, I’ve witnessed clients achieve remarkable transformations—building healthy relationships, excelling in their pursuits, maintaining sobriety, and gaining a stronger sense of self-worth.
Whether you’re a parent seeking guidance for your son or a young man ready to take the steps towards a better future, I’d be honoured to help.

Supporting Young Men to Build Confidence, Security, Wellbeing, and Success
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to helping young men aged 16-24 navigate life’s challenges and unlock their potential. My approach is both practical and personalised, focusing on building confidence, fostering self-security, and achieving genuine happiness and success.
From our very first session, I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back and set clear, achievable goals that reflect your aspirations. Whether you’re facing issues like anxiety, addiction, self-doubt, or simply struggling to find your path, I’m here to guide you step by step.
My sessions are a blend of therapy and mentorship, designed to equip you with the tools you need to thrive. You can expect to:
Develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and low mood.
Build unshakeable self-confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth.
Strengthen your ability to form meaningful relationships.
Gain clarity about your goals, whether personal, academic, or professional.
Create routines and habits that prioritise your mental and physical wellbeing.
For parents, I work collaboratively with you to ensure your son receives the support he needs while respecting his independence. For young men, I provide the guidance and encouragement to take control of your life and achieve the outcomes you want.
With nearly a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges young men face, my goal is to help you move from simply surviving to truly thriving. If you’re ready to invest in yourself or your son’s future, I’m here to help every step of the way.

About me and my therapy practice
Back in 2015 I studied a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Since then, my understanding of 'the work' has developed significantly.
Here is a brief outline of my philosophy for client work
Change and progress are possible
Truthful and constructive dialogue support this directly
Life improves when we decide to make it so.
Alongside my client sessions I deliver keynote speeches, corporate training, and a range of public workshops.
From a recent client:
“The things that used to bother me no longer do and I am more effective than ever in my work. I am the happiest I have been in my life and work and feel that this is fundamentally down to the sessions I have had with Thomas.”
