About me and my therapy practice
I combine therapy and coaching to give you the best of both worlds. We’ll take the time to understand your past and how it’s shaped you, but we’ll also focus on where you want to go and how to get there. It’s a flexible, personal approach that adapts to what you need, helping you feel supported and empowered as you create the future you want.
Practice description
Through Personal Consultancy, we’ll work with your past, present, and future to help you move past emotional blocks and create the life you want. This is a collaborative process, and we’ll always start where you’re most comfortable. Whether that’s focusing on the present, planning for the future, or exploring the past, the approach is tailored to suit you.
Unlike pure coaching, my therapeutic training allows us to go deeper when needed, exploring underlying emotional patterns and creating space for healing. And unlike traditional counselling, this approach doesn’t stop at the present—we’ll look ahead to the future you want to build and create practical steps to get there. Together, we’ll work on maintaining positive changes and continuing to grow in a way that feels right for you.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore what’s truly important to you.
My first session
During the first session we'll get a feel for what you want to get out of our work together, anything in particular you'd like to process and any particular changes you'd like to make.
I will take notes in this session and we will either collaboratively create a plan for our work together in the session, or I will make one after our session, based on what you've told me.
