About me and my therapy practice

If you're seeking a space to process emotional blocks, deepen your self-awareness, and make lasting changes that align with a life you truly love, I invite you to explore my approach to therapy.

My own journey into psychotherapy began with art and journaling; practices that served as my own self-therapy for many years. These creative outlets allowed me to navigate my inner world and uncover profound insights, ultimately leading me to formalise my understanding of human emotions and relationships through psychotherapy training. Today, I integrate creative journaling and psychotherapy to help others access their own unique paths toward healing and growth.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is on your mind. Together, we’ll navigate your past, present, and future in a way that feels right for you. Whether it’s processing emotional pain, exploring your creativity, or envisioning the life you want to build, our work will be a collaborative process guided by your needs and goals.

A Relational and Creative Approach

At the core of my work is the belief that therapy is a relationship - one built on trust, understanding, and compassion. Each person’s story is unique, and so too is the therapeutic journey. Drawing from my background in both art and psychotherapy, I aim to create a space where your story can unfold naturally, and where new possibilities can emerge.

For clients who are open to it, I integrate creative techniques such as journaling and expressive art exercises into our sessions. These tools can help uncover insights, process emotions, and inspire new ways of thinking about your life and relationships.

Practice description

We’ll start where you are now—whether that’s exploring patterns from the past, navigating present challenges, or envisioning and creating the future you desire. I am an accredited Psychotherapist and also a qualified coach. Unlike pure coaching, my therapeutic training allows us to go deeper when needed, addressing emotional imbalances or unresolved issues. And unlike traditional counselling, our work isn’t limited to the past and present; we can also focus on your aspirations and how to make them a reality.

Change doesn’t happen overnight, but with curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, it is absolutely possible. My goal is to help you uncover what’s holding you back, heal what needs healing, and move toward a more fulfilling, authentic life.

Let’s Begin

If this resonates with you, I’d love to work alongside you. Therapy is your space to be heard, to be supported, and to explore what truly matters to you. All you need to bring is yourself, just as you are right now. Together, we’ll create something meaningful from there.

My first session

During the first session we'll get a feel for what you want to get out of our work together, anything in particular you'd like to process and any particular changes you'd like to make.

About me and my therapy practice

If you're looking to make actual sustainable changes that move you towards living a life you really love, as well as processing emotional blocks and raise your self-awareness,  read on to get a feel for whether my approach might be for you.

Practice description

Personal Consultancy works with your past, present and future to help you get past emotional blocks from the past, and then create the future you would like. This is a collaborative process and we start where you are now. For example, if you do not want any time spent going over the past, we’ll start with moving towards the future you want, or working on what’s going on for you right now, and vice versa. We’ll work together in a way that suits you most.

Unlike pure coaching, I am therapeutically trained to explore deeper issues and emotional unbalances. I look to increase awareness and create an environment where healing can occur. Unlike counselling, Personal Consultancy doesn't have to work through the past and stop at the present - we have the opportunity to explore your future, how you would like it to look, and make plans to get you there. We can explore what you would like to do with your insights, how to maintain change and continue to develop.

I provide a non-judgmental, confidential space and a safe environment for exploration.

My first session

During the first session we'll get a feel for what you want to get out of our work together, anything in particular you'd like to process and any particular changes you'd like to make.

I will take notes in this session and we will either collaboratively create a plan for our work together in the session, or I will make one after our session, based on what you've told me.

Please email me if you'd like to book in an initial consultation.
