About me and my therapy practice
I work with adults of all ages and also have extensive experience working with young people (18+) having been a student counsellor for several years. I have also worked for several years as a psychodynamic psychotherapist for the NHS.
I am fully qualified BACP registered and I am also a member of the BPC.
I offer a safe non-judgmental space for you to explore any issues that you wish to bring.
Practice description
I offer open-ended or short term therapy. I have some reduced fee spaces for people who are out of work, on a low income or studying full time.My first session
Before our first session I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation, this gives you an opportunity to briefly outline your current circumstances and enables me to consider if I might be able to help you.
In our first session we would further explore what brings you to therapy at this particular time. The session would last 50 minutes.
We would discuss some of the practicalities and we’d have a chance to think about how you feel about us working together.
