About me and my therapy practice
I offer a form of eco-therapy presenting the opportunity to be in the wilderness walking and talking or perhaps sitting by a fire chatting with a cup of tea. I am an experienced and respected survival and tracking instructor, and utilise elements of those skill to provide ways of finding insight and explore what makes you unique, then find connections that will soothe, heal and promote your well-being.
Practice description
I work with a Person centred integrative technique which respects your individuality and finds solutions that work for you.
At its heart it relies on core values of authenticity, autonomy growth and progress towards self actualisation.
My first session
our first session involves a walk in a private ancient woodland and an opportunity to cover the key reasons that have brought you to counselling.
On leaving you will have gained a clear idea of myself, the space and way in which I work.
It is essential in any work that you feel trust, security and understood. I urge clients to be sure that they feel confident in this before we arrange further sessions.
