About me and my therapy practice

I understand that deciding whether you would like to start counselling can be daunting. However, I can assure you, you are not alone. At some point in our lives we all find ourselves at a point where we could use some help, whether it be a historic issue or something new that you are struggling with. Counselling can help with any and all issues by offering you a safe, judgement free, confidential space where you can express your thoughts and feelings. My approach is to create a compassionate relationship between us by listening and supporting you on your journey of reflecting and exploring your personal feelings and thoughts.
