About me and my therapy practice

I am offering face to face or online therapy currently. I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist, my approach is to offer empathetic understanding and non-judgemental listening in a safe space. I draw on many different methods to suit each persons needs.

I offer an integrative arts approach, based on the needs of the client, drawing upon art and psychodynamic psychotherapy, which means that I work in a way which explores what lies beneath our actions and repetitive patterns of behaviour, how the past affects the present; our relationships, our work and our feelings.

I currently work for a charity, managing and providing supervision to therapists offering counselling to children, parents and teachers in Central London.

Everyone is unique and therefore I draw on many different methods to suit each person's needs. My aim is to connect my client with their own inner resources through authenticity and self-empowerment.

I work with individuals, children and adolescents offering - short and long term therapy, with flexible working hours. I offer a sliding scale for people on low income and students.

I offer a compassionate, safe and confidential environment that supports the exploration and expression of feelings, thoughts, beliefs and circumstances that may be having an adverse effect on emotional well-being and quality of life.

Sometimes we just need a space to be still and reflect, a space where we feel accepted, understood and supported in gaining a deeper awareness into why we behave the way we do or that can offer us an alternative perspective on challenging life situations.

My aim is to support you in making sense of your life and working with you in moving to where you would like to be.
