Practice description
Addiction is a strong, uncontrollable desire to seek out the ‘high’ despite the increasing, negative and harmful consequences. It becomes the most important thing in your life and can lead to problems in all areas of your life.
Professional addiction coaching and counselling can help you to regain control of yourself and your life, and help you to understand the underlying causes, break the vicious cycle, and identify any triggers that may lead to a relapse.
It can also help with any other psychological issues that may be attached to your addiction such as depression, low self-esteem or anxiety.
Change is a process not an event.
Breaking the cycle of dependence by understanding the underlying issues, and developing strengths, can lead to recovery, personal growth.
Together in a safe environment I offer practical solutions alongside therapeutic counsel. I work closely in collaboration with clients to create bespoke treatment plans which address the individual’s needs. I offer £65 an hour normal rate with an introductory session at a reduced rate of £55 for an hour for those who would like to try without commitment.
