About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with clients in private practice, business and education settings and the NHS. I currently act as a volunteer and mentor for student counsellors with the low cost counselling charity About You UK.
Practice description
I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I am trained in a variety of well researched approaches. This allows me to tailor the therapy process to what is most helpful to you. I have particular experience in working with clients for whom faith and spirituality are an important aspect of their lives.
I offer a professional and confidential environment in which we can gently explore your concerns and the emotions you may be feeling. I see therapy as a collaborative process and draw in particular on humanistic, relational and cognitive therapy, as well as recent neuropsychological and trauma research.
