About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, empathic and attuned therapeutic relationship and create a safe, confidential space. I consider myself an integrative, relational therapist with my core training in Transactional Analysis. I have experience supporting clients with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, attachment, bereavement, depression, gender issues, parenting and trauma.
I am an LGBTQAI+ friendly therapist, as both a community member and ally.
I'm also employed three days a week as a Psychotherapist within the NHS and enjoy the balance of being employed and self-employed.
