Practice description
Approach
My approach to therapy is concerned with individual growth and the relational needs of a person: the self, others we care about and the things we value and need. I aim to assist clients in becoming an authentic and self accepting individual, who can practice a range of choices, over whatever life may throw, with kindness and courage.
