Welcome! I'm Eirini, a qualified and registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a mission to help you understand yourself better and navigate life's challenges. With over 14 years of experience, I've worked in diverse settings, including charities, schools, universities, hospitals, and clinics.
In our therapeutic journey, I use a blend of therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs. I offer both short and long-term sessions, conducting 50-minute online video sessions for your convenience and flexibility. Together, we can explore your past, embrace your present, and create a more hopeful and fulfilling future.
Practice description
People often come to therapy with questions, grappling with thoughts like "I'm not good enough" or "I should have done...". Issues I specialised in but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship and attachment issues, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and people who had a difficult childhood or past. Whether you're looking to manage symptoms, enhance self-awareness, or foster personal growth, I will work together on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
My approach is compassionate, person-centred, and evidence-based, fostering a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment. I believe in the power of active listening and open communication, collaboratively identifying the root causes of your struggles and developing effective strategies for positive change.
