About me and my therapy practice
I'm a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and I work one-to-one with teenagers and young people. I have a Masters degree from IATE (The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education) and have worked with children and young people, their parents, carers and teachers for over 10 years.
For the past 5 years I have chosen to specialise in therapy for adolescents. I help young people to navigate the challenges they face during this intense period of change and uncertainty, providing a space for them to make sense of overwhelming or confusing feelings and process difficult experiences. Young people often find relief in talking about what's on their mind and I help them find a way to express themselves in a way that feels right for them. We may use images and creative arts to facilitate this process as speaking about difficult feelings isn’t always easy.
I currently work in private practice in Ealing Common and in secondary schools, providing one-to-one therapy for young people and helping parents and teachers to support them. Therapy is mostly face-to-face but online sessions can be arranged if it is more suitable.
