About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Registered member offering an integrative counselling therapy encorporating person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I work in the here and now, exploring a wide range of issues including anger, anxiety, depression, past trauma, loss, relationship problems, and low self esteem.Our therapeutic relationship is at the centre of the counselling process from which to explore your issues and concerns.I will offer a free telephone consultation first to answer any queries you may have about counselling and to see if we might be the right fit for working together.Practice description
I have a covid secure, dedicated counselling room, accessed from outside. I have no waiting area, so please arrive on time for your appointments. Please be assured this is a safe space in which to explore your concerns.My first session
