About me and my therapy practice

My aim is to provide an empathic, warm and supportive space, where my clients feel safe to explore, express and process their most difficult thoughts and feelings, without fear of judgement.

I have an integrative approach which underlies my understanding that each client is a unique individual. I aim to draw on approaches and techniques to fit the needs of the client.

By working collaboratively, I aim to support my clients through the process of examining thoughts and feelings from the past and the present, guiding the client towards new perspectives and a better understanding of themselves and how they relate to others.

I believe the therapeutic space should be a safe, supportive, and nurturing space which is free from judgement, where clients can process their most difficult feelings, and move forward with realistic and fulfilling ways to manage their challenges, in more healthy and satisfying ways.

With a background in media, I understand and relate to the pressures that individuals can find themselves under. I work with clients to build their esteem and understanding of themselves, guiding them towards greater self-awareness and increasing their ability to make decisions and the needed changes in their lives.

I am an integrative counsellor and a Registered Member MBACP. My integrative approach sees me drawing from a range of theories, allowing me to tailor the therapy to address the individual issues and needs my clients bring. I offer both short term and long term therapy.
