Availability

My working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Weekly sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £75. The consultation lasts for up to 90 minutes and there is a fixed fee of £75.

About me and my therapy practice

I'm an experienced psychotherapist, and I will do my best to create a space where you feel understood, supported and respected. A quiet, comfortable place where you have time to reflect and talk about things.

I will help you to build a solid, reliable relationship with me which, gradually, will allow you move towards whatever is troubling you. You can then begin to to work through and integrate your experiences and feeling and, over time, resolve your difficulties.

This process can positively alter how we feel about ourselves and others. This in turn brings about a happier more fulfilling way of living and being with others.
