About me and my therapy practice
Empowering You to Heal and Thrive
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burdened by challenges from your past or present? Taking the first step toward therapy requires courage, and I’m here to offer you a safe, confidential space to explore what’s holding you back and how it’s impacting your future.
I understand how vital it is to feel a genuine connection with your therapist. That’s why I offer a free telephone consultation—an opportunity to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
How I Can Support You
I work collaboratively with clients, helping you uncover the root causes of your struggles—not just the symptoms—so you can feel more at ease within yourself and live a more fulfilling life.
My approach is compassionate, tailored, and holistic. I’m particularly interested in how trauma affects the body and how healing can occur through both talk therapy and body-based practices.
My Experience
Extensive counselling experience in private practice and at both general and specialist (LGBTQI+) centres in London.
Clinical Supervisor at a London-based charity, providing 1-to-1 supervision, reflective practice, and group work.
Background in complementary therapies, enriching my understanding of the mind-body connection.
Over 30 years of experience in the social care and mental health sectors, working closely with marginalised communities.
A Holistic Approach to Healing
I believe that healing involves addressing both the mind and body. By exploring the impact of trauma and stress holistically, we can work toward lasting change and greater self fulfillment.
Let’s begin this journey together. Contact me today to schedule your free consultation and take the first step toward healing.
