About me and my therapy practice
Providing a safe, non-judgemental environment for you to explore any difficult emotions, thoughts or behaviours you may be experiencing.
Practice description
My aim in counselling is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment for you to explore any difficult thoughts, emotions or behaviours you may be experiencing.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and owner of the therapy practice Pharos Counselling & Psychotherapy.
The counselling approach can either be person-centred or integrative, depending on the needs of the client. The integrative technique uses a combination of the person-centred approach, CBT and the attachment theory.
Some of the difficulties worked with include: depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, trauma, abuse, bereavement, relationship struggles, low self-esteem and phobias.
In addition to face-to-face sessions, counselling can also be via Zoom (a confidential video platform).
I offer a free 30 minute initial assessment, simply for us to have a chat and decide if you want to go ahead with regular counselling sessions.
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in contact or see my website details below for further information:
