About me and my therapy practice
Hello,
I understand how difficult it can be making that first contact to enquire about counselling. I would really like to help you. I offer a gentle and compassionate therapy space for you to explore the reasons that have bought you to counselling now. You may have an idea of what you would like help with or you might just feel like something feels ‘off’, you may feel you would like a place to talk about something that you are struggling with. You may be feeling stuck, or off balance, you may have lost a sense of who you are.
I can help you discover your unhelpful patterns that perhaps are showing up in your life, to bring more connection to your relationship with yourself or with others or to help you improve the quality of your life by discovering inner resources that you may not have noticed before.
