About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling sad, undervalued, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or angry? Do these feelings often lead to self-doubt, making wrong decisions or loneliness?

Often, due to difficult life events or family issues such as bullying, bereavement or trauma, we can feel like we've lost our way or parts of ourselves that we once knew.

By providing a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly without being judged, I can help you develop and discover:

• A strong sense of who you are

• A deeper sense of peace and calm

• A future that you are happy to look forward to

My first session

I understand that coming to counselling can be daunting, especially if it’s your first experience of being in therapy.

The first session is to get to know each other better and we will fill in an assessment together where I will ask you some personal details and why you would like counselling.

From here we can look at what you would like to gain from counselling and how we can get you there - together.
