My first session

Therapy can be daunting. Meeting a stranger for the first time and maybe feeling vulnerable...

See it as this, we will be building a new therapeutic relationship based on trust and transparency. In our first session we complete an initial assessment where we identify your base line scores re GAD (Generalised Anxiety) & PHQ9(Health questionnaire- this plot’s symptoms of mood)

Together we will explore  what brought you to therapy and how we will work together.

Everything we do is lead by you and we will go at your pace. This is Person Centred Therapy.

I will keep track of these scores but most importantly, you speak and I will be listening.

There is usually some homework set around noticing and exploring thoughts and emotions.

Psychoeducation around related issues to help improve your understanding and empower you to have the autonomy and understanding over your life struggles.

If you need to be heard, then I am here to hear you.

I will use my years of knowledge to be your guide and hold your confidence as we build your self-esteem and self-worth from within.

If this is what you are searching for. Then please get in contact.
