I understand how deeply trauma can impact every aspect of your life. It can affect your relationships, self-esteem, mental health, and ability to feel safe in the world. My goal is to help you regain control, find your inner strength, and move towards a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with various therapeutic approaches, including Petson Centred therapy and EMDR therapy, to address the root causes of trauma. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with a focus on empowerment and recovery.
I work with individuals who have experienced all forms of trauma, including childhood abuse, PTSD, sexual assault, domestic violence, accidents, or loss. You do not have to navigate this journey alone—I am here to support you every step of the way.

It's important you feel comfortable with your therapist and this is why I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation. This will give you the chance to get a feel for me and how I work and you can ask any questions you may have.

I have a calm and inviting therapy room in Watford Town Centre, on the Parade.
Please be aware I am on the 3rd floor, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Free parking available a few minutes walk away at Sainsbury's, Albert Rd South.
10 minutes walk from Watford Junction Station.
