About me and my therapy practice
Hello and Welcome. I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor based in Billericay.
I offer a compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges you may be struggling with.
People come to counselling for many reasons, such as trying to make sense of a difficult period in their lives or an increased awareness of a problem that has always been there.
My role is to be alongside you on your journey, reflecting back what I see and hear to help you navigate through your life at this time. We all need to talk and feel listened too and I will provide you with a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
