About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced UKCP qualified and BACP registered psychotherapist offering sessions in London Bridge and online.
We all go through times of doubt and confusion, when we lose trust in ourselves and in life. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space in which to listen and help you gain clarity and confidence. My aim is to empower you, so that you can gain a sense of trust in yourself and to support you to make the decisions which are right for you. If you are feeling anxious, depressed, self-critical or at a crossroads and need someone to talk to, then feel free to get in touch and we can arrange to meet for an initial session.
Please feel free to reach out to arrange an initial session to see if we are suited to working together.
Training, qualifications & experience
I use a range of Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Trauma-Informed techniques to help you feel more empowered, contented and improve your relationships.
I have 15+ years of experience with client work and have been in private practice since 2010. I have worked with a wide range of people to support them with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and work difficulties, co-dependency, bereavement, disempowerment and loss of purpose, as well as severe mental health issues and trauma (see below for full range).
Practice description
As a qualified integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different approaches, including Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Transpersonal. My practice is also informed by a system called the Enneagram, a model which helps us to understand ourselves better, as well as others.
