About me and my therapy practice
Are you tired of pretending you’re OK? Are you your own harshest critic? So used to putting others first that it’s hard to hold on to your own self-worth? Or you may be finding that getting out of bed is a struggle, you don't want to go to work or show up in your life. Add in experiences of sexism, micro-aggressions, abuse, and ageism, and your confidence can be knocked.
It’s not much fun feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed all the time. Comparing yourself to others and not feeling good enough can affect your mood and your relationships with yourself and with others. These are all things that therapy can help you work through.
If you find it hard to put yourself first, or have found yourself overlooked time and time again, I can support you to find your way through life changes and challenges, and to gain insight to yourself and your relationships.
Practice description
I believe that it is possible for all of us to move from just surviving our lives to thriving.
I have a special interest in helping women with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. We will work together to help you grow around past hurts and difficulties, to find a way to say ‘yes’ to what you want in life and to feel more comfortable saying 'no' when needed.
I have particular experience of working with domestic and sexual abuse.
I will support you to identify your strengths and work out what you want from life. I can help you better understand and move on from past experiences.
I work with people just like you to feel confident enough to do what you really want to and to try new things. I provide a space that is just for you, to explore your thoughts, feelings and desires.
Working in Shoreditch E1, Queens Park NW6, and online I provide a space that is just for you, to explore your thoughts, hopes, and feelings.
Each session is 50 minutes long.
