About me and my therapy practice
Whether you need time to stop and reflect, or a place to talk about problems that burden you, it can help to share thoughts and feelings with someone outside of friends and family.
I see counselling as a joint exploration of your concerns, a collaborative effort towards helping you make sense of your experiences and behaviours. As an integrative therapist, I draw from different theoretical models to inform my reflection on our work and best suit the issues that you bring. I specialise in bereavement and, more generally, loss and its surrounding issues, whether recent or from the past. I work with a diverse range of adult clients struggling with relationships, low mood, anxiety and self-esteem.
I provide a calm, confidential and supportive environment where you can safely unpack your worries and explore difficulties that are bothering you or holding you back. I offer therapy in English and French.
As a registered member of the BACP, I abide by the principles of their Ethical Framework. My practice is a short walk from West Wickham station, with bus routes from Beckenham, Bromley, and Croydon. Confidential messages can be left on the phone number provided.
