About me and my therapy practice

I am an internationally experienced Existential Psychotherapist working with adults cross-culturally in the UK and abroad.  I have 7 years experience as a therapist and hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am also completing a MA in Existential Anaylsis at the University of Salzburgy in Austria.

The search for meaning is considered to be our deepest motivation. I work with clients to recover their belief in the worth and dignity of their personhood. To rediscover the sources of strength and integrity within themselves and to find the courage to be themselves.

I help people explore their lives and what it means to exist. To face life’s challenges in a more meaningful, fulfilling and authentic manner. To confront such questions as “Who I am?” “What is my purpose in life?” and “How shall I live my life?” We are all faced with choices, dilemmas, and limitations, that is part of being human.

If you resonate with who I am and my work, and would like to understand how I can help, please contact me via email or text to arrange an online consultation.

Practice description

As an integrative practitioner, I combine attachment theory, CBT, compassion focused therapy, and existential approaches, to fit the needs of each person I work with. I have experience helping people with, loss, life transitions, relationship issues, addictions, existential anxieties and identity whether cultural, sexual or spiritual.

I also use Existential Analysis with the aim of helping the person to come to a free felt experience, to take authentic positionings and to develop a self-responsible way of dealing with themselves and their world.

My first session

We all carry our own history and backgrounds and you might worry that I will not understand you. Opening up can feel difficult and it takes time to develop a trusting relationship. I want to create an open atmosphere of trust and safety. I will show you respect and meet you with an open mind. I am not here to judge but to help you understand yourself better.
