About me and my therapy practice
Life, and what we experience, can sometimes overwhelm us, bringing to the surface underlying issues that maybe you hadn't realised are there. Maybe you can't figure out why you feel the way you do. Whatever issues you’re experiencing – from anxiety, to bereavement, stress, low self-esteem, life changes, depression, abuse, addiction, or other trauma – I offer a confidential one-to-one counselling service to help you work through them. You can talk through your problems, and explore emotional problems in a safe and confidential setting.
I offer long or short term therapy depending on your needs and CBT to help with stress and anxiety. Sessions take place either from my home in South West London or via Skype or Facetime if more convenient, with a free initial consultation where we will look at how we can work together effectively. I have worked for Bereft a bereavement agency for the past two years.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I listen to you with no judgment, and together we can help you make the changes you need to move forward in life.
