I currently offer face to face sessions on a Thursday and Friday.
I provide online therapy on a Wednesday, Thursday and alternate Saturday mornings.
Online sessions are £50 and in person are £55.

Hi, I'm Cherise and I help people like you to feel better about yourself and improve your self-esteem and confidence.

I understand how crippling the effects of low self-esteem and having zero confidence can be. Having my own counselling really helped me, and I would love to help you too.
Counselling with me can show you that you don't have to live like this forever, and nor do you deserve to. You CAN learn to love yourself, feel empowered and get the respect that you are entitled to.
Some outcomes of counselling might look like, improving boundaries with family or friends so that you have more free time to do the things you love.
Feeling more fulfilled in your relationships and having a satisfying social life, or just generally feeling more content and in charge of your own life.
