About me and my therapy practice
A difficult event from your past may be overwhelming you, causing you to question yourself constantly. Do you struggle to fully connect with the important people in your life? Would developing healthier boundaries and respect for yourself ease the stress of your daily experience? I can work with you to improve your relationships with others, but most importantly your relationship with yourself. By embracing a spirit of honesty and collaboration, we can work together in a calm environment where you have the time and space to examine your wants and needs, without judgement.
I will work with you to identify how any past events may be impacting you now. I will listen to your experiences and together we will try to make sense of the way in which they continue to feature in your life. I am a warm and relaxed person and I try to translate this to my therapy space, whether that be online, or by telephone.
