About me and my therapy practice
I work with you, to understand and focus on your experience of life and the challenges you experience. In doing so we can uncover patterns of behaviour, feelings and thoughts, that may be unhelpful, restrictive and causing you distress.
I am warm and empathic and offer a safe, confidential space in which to explore new ways of being.
After an assessment session where we both decide if we feel we can work together, sessions are weekly of 60 minutes each.
I am able to work remotely via Zoom, WhatsApp or telephone if required. I am also able to offer face to face sessions in accordance with government and my registered body guidance. The choice will be yours in line with what you feel most comfortable with.
