About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Vanessa, an experienced therapist and coach. I offer either counselling or coaching, or can work using an innovative approach that combines counselling with coaching.

This means that as well as helping you with issues that are affecting you in the present, perhaps due to the past, I can also support you in making changes for the future.

Previous clients have described me as warm, compassionate and non-judgemental, with a bit of humour thrown in! Please see my website for client testimonials.

I keep up to date with research in psychology to make sure I am offering the best practice to my clients. I have an MSc in Integrative Counselling & Coaching and have published my research in a peer-reviewed journal.

​As well as the topics listed below, another issue I work with is distress linked to climate change, so please feel free to bring this up in sessions if you wish. I am an active member of the Climate Psychology Alliance.
