Hi, I'm Vanessa, an experienced counsellor and coach. Thanks for reading my profile.
I offer counselling or coaching, and also offer an innovative approach that combines counselling with coaching.
This means that as well as helping you with issues that are affecting you in the present, perhaps due to the past, I can also support you in making changes for the future.

I keep up to date with research in psychology to make sure I am offering the best practice to my clients. I have an MSc in Integrative Counselling & Coaching.

In our first session, you will find a relaxed and non-judgemental environment. I don't use a long form to ask questions, but will instead gently and warmly ask you about yourself and your life. We'll take it from there at your pace.
