About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential, safe, caring, non-judgemental space to explore and work together with whatever is troubling you. I have particular experience in working with young adults, musicians, teachers and people in the Arts. My style is warm, empathic, integrative and creative.
I offer help for: Adults, Young Adults (18+), Depression, Anxiety & Stress, Relationship concerns, Addiction, Abuse, Bereavement, Self-Development, Life/Career changes, Sexuality, Spirituality, Professionals in Music, Arts, Education, short and long-term work.
Whatever situation you are in, counselling and talking therapy can offer a safe, non-judgemental caring space to talk, be listened to and to explore together possible change - at your own pace. The first step in seeking counselling may seem quite daunting. It is a courageous step. It is one I took many years ago and it helped me. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with who you choose. An initial meeting can help you decide that.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip) Level 7 awarded by the Psychosynthesis Trust validated by The University of Middlesex, accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I also hold a certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling and have a Diploma in CBT counselling.

Practice description
I am currently seeing clients both face to face and online from my counselling practice. Both online and face to face work takes place from my dedicated counselling studio in a calm, private, peaceful environment.
My first session
I offer an initial free 20 minute chat on the 'phone to help you decide if I might be the right counsellor for you. We would then arrange a first appointment as soon as possible. In that first session, at your own pace, we would talk about what has brought you to counselling, explore a little of your background, general health and history and discuss how we might work together going forwards.
