About me and my therapy practice
I am working with children, adolescents and adult clients at Inspiration Therapies located at Teesside Park.
I have experience in different child and adult therapy settings for the past seventeen years.
I am an accredited member of the BACP as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and a child and adult integrated psychotherapist.
Counselling and psychotherapy helps adults and children who are suffering with mental health and emotional/wellbeing issues, to process past and current difficulties and to empower them by providing coping strategies to manage in a better way.
I am also accredited with the IPT UK as an Interpersonal (IPT) therapist for adults and adolescents.
IPT is an IAPT Treatment recommended by the NICE guidelines and recognised by the NHS. This treatment is to help clients to understand their low moods / depression, and to manage symptoms and support them with their interpersonal/ relationship issues.
I am accredited with the IPT UK as an IPT child & adult supervisor.
