About me and my therapy practice
I'm a warm and creative counsellor and work by creating a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore uncomfortable, painful or traumatic experiences.
I work with you to help you understand yourself and your experiences, and support you to create lasting change.
I have helped people with a variety of issues including trauma, bereavement and loss, childhood issues, sexual abuse, sexual violence, domestic violence, anger issues, self-harm, relationship problems, anxiety and depression.
I also have particular experience and interest in working with people living with eating disorders and the family stories that impact on their relationship with food.
So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or low, repeating unhelpful patterns in behaviour, feeling disconnected, struggling with relationships, or feeling a bit lost, I can help.
To find out how we could work together, call, text or email me for more information.
