My Approach
I tailor my approach to the unique challenges faced by each individual in an environment where confidentiality and discretion are of utmost importance:
• Counselling: A confidential space where you can discuss what you can't share anywhere else, with someone who is unconditionally in your corner and heal through the power of genuine connection.
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Practical, results-driven strategies that help you manage unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaviour, with an immediate impact on your well-being.
• Mindfulness: Tools to stay grounded, focused, and present, enabling you to break free from the constant cycle of limiting thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and find contentment without sacrificing your ambitions.
• Business Mentoring: Combining psychological expertise to help you navigate decision-making, leadership challenges, conflict resolution, and communication, paving the way for career advancement.
Sessions are 60 minutes long, with a limited number of spaces per day to ensure the highest quality of personalised care.
