I offer face to face sessions, online or walk and talk therapy weekdays from 9am-3pm. I have limited availability, so please contact me with your preferred times.
About me and my therapy practice
I understand that you’re here because something in life just isn’t sitting right. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or a vague, lingering feeling of being “stuck,” it can be incredibly lonely to face it on your own. I believe that no one should have to navigate these moments without support.
Counselling is a place for you to feel safe, seen, and understood—a chance to unpack what’s weighing on your mind. We all have times when the stress of work, relationships, or simply carrying past experiences becomes overwhelming. I’m here to help you move through those feelings, even when words are hard to find.
Perhaps you’re seeking clarity, or maybe life feels foggy and the way forward is unclear. My aim is to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself, to provide a space where you can explore who you are, and to find comfort in simply being.
You might already know what’s troubling you, or perhaps it’s more of an unexplainable discomfort, a feeling that life should feel better than it does. Either way, together we’ll navigate this path to find answers—or peace—with what remains unknown.
I know from my own journey that starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown. But if you’re willing, I’m here to be your ally on this path.
