About me and my therapy practice

Therapy is a space for you to talk about anything that is bothering you or causing pain that you would like to make more sense of.  Working with me would be completely confidential and I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk openly. Therapy can help you learn how to manage your feelings and make use of your own resources to find solutions.  I welcome new inquiries and hope to help support you in whatever it is you are bringing with an awareness of the heaviness of the world right now.   What is it that is worrying you or causing you to reach out?  Is it climate related, health anxiety or past trauma?  So many people are struggling and I hope that I can be here to listen to what it is you need to talk about.  I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, identity, relationships, sexuality and gender, neurodiversity and how to be in this world right here, right now.

I am currently working in person in Islington, Kings Cross, London Bridge and Old Street, I also see clients online.

I work from a an integrative perspective taking your history into account whilst also looking inward at your potential. I work as a guide to help you find what motivates you, what holds you back, and how to reconnect to your self.  Psychosynthesis is my first training in psychotherapy, a creative model that uses a wide range of techniques, but I also work utilising integrative psychotherapy and have recently completed a PG Dip in Advanced Clinical Practise in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling.

If you are struggling to make sense of your world and would like to talk I would be glad to hear from you to discuss how we might work together.

Practice description

I am working in person and open to clients who need help to manage emotions that are coming up for them.  Please email me for more information and see my website.  Wishing you well in these challenging and changeable times.  I charge £80-90 for sessions, but please contact me to discuss your situation and agree a fee.  I work weekly with clients.

My first session

In a first session we will meet for paid 50 minutes, the same as a regular appointment, and I will ask questions about your life, why we are meeting, and how I can help.  There is also space for you to ask me about how I work. I do not offer short phone calls, I prefer to see people in person so we can get a much better picture of whether we are a good match for further work.  There is no commitment made to continuing beyond this first appointment.
